BATAVIA – The 2020 Artisan Collective kicks off June 20 on North River Street in downtown Batavia.

Located at River and Spring streets, at the north end of the Batavia Farmers' Market, the Artisan Collective sets up monthly, June through October, on the third Saturday morning of each month.

Local artisans will sell handmade goods such as soap, candles, jewelry, art and other creations from 8 a.m. to noon.

Event co-chairs Kristen Desler and Bonnie Baumgartner have pulled together an impressive group of 12 to 15 vendors each month, a news release stated.

"We are incredibly excited for the opportunity to share local art with our community and provide a platform for this talented group of vendors," Desler said in the release.
